We do not move furniture that could cause damage to the property, your belongings or our equipment. If there are specific areas you would like us to reach, please let us know before the appointment.
Can you clean while my belongings are still in the property?
Yes, we can still carry out your end of tenancy clean if some belongings remain in the property. However, cleaning around personal items takes extra time, so an additional £50–£90 fee applies depending on property size. Also, if belongings prevent full access to surfaces, cupboards, appliances or corners, the re-clean guarantee will be waived for that service. To get the best result, we recommend leaving the property as empty as possible, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms.
Can I get a fixed price for end of tenancy cleaning?
Yes. Your price is fixed based on property size and layout, not time spent. As long as the property is empty of personal belongings, the cost won’t change during the clean.

Do you clean blinds as part of the service?
Yes. Fabric blinds will be hoovered, and metal blinds will be dusted.
Do you clean chandeliers?
