We usually have the cleaner called Mercy who is great. However, today I was not told in advance that Mercy could not attend. We had a new cleaner called Lolita show up who was very good, though I had to explain and show Lolita what had to be done in the house. Overall, I much prefer one regular cleaner every two weeks who knows what to do.
Really lovely cleaner - nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommend.

The team was efficient, polite, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. As the cleaning service (also booked through your company) was scheduled for 9:30am the same day, they needed to work quickly to ensure everything was cleared in time - and they handled this perfectly.
They were understanding of the situation and made what could have been a very stressful day much easier. I truly appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude.
I would gladly use the service again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A genuine 5‑star experience.

I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service and the overall experience. The flat was cleaned to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything looked fresh, tidy, and well cared for afterward.
Special thanks to Victoria and Simone, who did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s always reassuring to see cleaners who are thorough and respectful of the space.

Brilliant service washing machine looks brand new. Well done Mishan
Clue is in the name with this one! They arrived bang on time and were done in around 1.5hrs. I had an oven, 5 ring stove top and a 3 extractor fan grill cleaned. I actually forgot they were coming and the house was a mess due to being in the days before a house move - even still it was minimal impact on me being there. Properly cleaned and would 100% recommend! 👌🏻
I had a great experience with Fantastic Services for my end of tenancy cleaning. Sufi (Sophia) was excellent professional, detailed, and left the place spotless making sure I’ll get my deposit back.
