What is the difference between one-off cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?
One-off is an hourly-based property cleaning service designed to clean as much as possible within the time booked while having your priorities in mind. On the other hand, end of tenancy cleaning focuses on an overall polish that is designed to return the rental property to its original state upon a tenant's departure. This service is not hourly-based and comes with a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee, which can be extended to 172 hours at an additional cost.

We don't typically offer mould removal as part of our deep cleaning services, as these organic growths require a different approach and set of products. The cleaners will do their best to remove the mould, but hiring a certified handyman is advisable in case plastering is needed.
Is there a way I can get a discount or some sort of a deal on cleaning services?
We recommend joining the Fantastic Club if you wish to take advantage of preferential rates.
What type of equipment and detergents do the cleaners use?
Our comprehensive cleaning team utilises a range of eco-friendly detergents to ensure your home is hygienically clean and safe for your family. However, please inform us in advance of any marble surfaces or other areas requiring specialist cleaning methods.
Is the cleaner able to do some ironing?
No problem at all. Just make sure you include the job in the list of priorities when scheduling the service so we can recommend you an appropriate amount of booking time in order for all the tasks to be completed.
What if something happens and I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment for one-off cleaning?
In order to cancel or make changes to your booked appointment, simply login to your Fantastic Account and head over to the Dashboard. We kindly ask you to notify us 48 hours in advance.
Do I have to be at the property while the service takes place?
It's your choice whether or not to be around while we clean the property. Of course, access is necessary for us to do our job, as well as somebody later returning to make sure everything is up-to-standard once we're done.
