The team was efficient, polite, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. As the cleaning service (also booked through your company) was scheduled for 9:30am the same day, they needed to work quickly to ensure everything was cleared in time - and they handled this perfectly.
They were understanding of the situation and made what could have been a very stressful day much easier. I truly appreciated their professionalism and positive attitude.
I would gladly use the service again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A genuine 5‑star experience.

I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service and the overall experience. The flat was cleaned to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything looked fresh, tidy, and well cared for afterward.

This was a gift for my friend. She gave a 5 star feedback . She said the two men who attended her property were very attentive to detail and did a brilliant job of cleaning the house. She now wants to sign up with Fantastic Services . I would liken to recommend her.

Clue is in the name with this one! They arrived bang on time and were done in around 1.5hrs. I had an oven, 5 ring stove top and a 3 extractor fan grill cleaned. I actually forgot they were coming and the house was a mess due to being in the days before a house move - even still it was minimal impact on me being there. Properly cleaned and would 100% recommend! 👌🏻
I had a great experience with Fantastic Services for my end of tenancy cleaning. Sufi (Sophia) was excellent professional, detailed, and left the place spotless making sure I’ll get my deposit back.
She was also very kind and patient, which I really appreciated. I’d happily use Fantastic Services again and would recommend them.

Cleaners were on time, kept in touch whilst I was out during the day, and ultimately did a great job. No fault.

We are disgusted with this service - We have waited and for 6 hours and been told they will come, each time with an increased delay. I have never used this service before and certainly will not use them again.

The cleaning was performed very thoroughly however there were 2 problems with the fantastic services booking. First the booking agent told me that the appointment would be 2 hours with 2 people even though it was being booked in for 4 hours; only 1 person showed up and though she stayed 4 hours. Second, during booking I was not told that the cleaner would not supply cleaning equipment and supplies. (My previously booked cleaners with fantastic services provided both and no one mentioned this would not be the case for this appointment).
