Clue is in the name with this one! They arrived bang on time and were done in around 1.5hrs. I had an oven, 5 ring stove top and a 3 extractor fan grill cleaned. I actually forgot they were coming and the house was a mess due to being in the days before a house move - even still it was minimal impact on me being there. Properly cleaned and would 100% recommend! 👌🏻
I had a great experience with Fantastic Services for my end of tenancy cleaning. Sufi (Sophia) was excellent professional, detailed, and left the place spotless making sure I’ll get my deposit back.

Cleaners were on time, kept in touch whilst I was out during the day, and ultimately did a great job. No fault.

We are disgusted with this service - We have waited and for 6 hours and been told they will come, each time with an increased delay. I have never used this service before and certainly will not use them again.

The cleaning was performed very thoroughly however there were 2 problems with the fantastic services booking. First the booking agent told me that the appointment would be 2 hours with 2 people even though it was being booked in for 4 hours; only 1 person showed up and though she stayed 4 hours. Second, during booking I was not told that the cleaner would not supply cleaning equipment and supplies. (My previously booked cleaners with fantastic services provided both and no one mentioned this would not be the case for this appointment).
