I had an excellent experience with Fantastic Services for my end of tenancy cleaning. My cleaner, Sufi (Sophia), was absolutely amazing. She was professional, thorough, and paid great attention to detail, everything was spotless and sparkling when she finished.
She was also incredibly kind and patient, even waiting for me when I was running behind schedule after a difficult day, which I really appreciated. Outstanding service from start to finish.

We are disgusted with this service - We have waited and for 6 hours and been told they will come, each time with an increased delay. I have never used this service before and certainly will not use them again.

The cleaning was performed very thoroughly however there were 2 problems with the fantastic services booking. First the booking agent told me that the appointment would be 2 hours with 2 people even though it was being booked in for 4 hours; only 1 person showed up and though she stayed 4 hours. Second, during booking I was not told that the cleaner would not supply cleaning equipment and supplies. (My previously booked cleaners with fantastic services provided both and no one mentioned this would not be the case for this appointment).
